This website is operated by LOMIUS (“LOMIUS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting lomius.com or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not use the site or its services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell to you.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you must not transmit any malicious code. A breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Your content (excluding payment card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; payment card information is always encrypted in transit.
3. Accuracy of information
Material on this site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information made available here is not accurate, complete or current, and we have no obligation to update it. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
4. Products, pricing and availability
Our products are sold exclusively online and are made to order. We have made every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be exact.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations beyond the guarantees set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
5. Orders and billing
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping policy.
7. Third-party tools and links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links which we neither monitor nor control. These are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Your use of them is at your own risk, and any complaints regarding third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.
8. User submissions
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction or compensation. You agree your submissions will not violate any third-party right and will not be unlawful, abusive or obscene.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, product names, artwork, photography and copy on this site are the property of LOMIUS unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Apple, iPhone and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. LOMIUS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Samsung. Our products are designed to be compatible with these devices.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy.
11. Errors and omissions
Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to violate any regulations or laws; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse or discriminate against others; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive it.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Nothing here deprives consumers in the EU or UK of the protection of mandatory local consumer law.
