This Privacy Policy describes how LOMIUS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from lomius.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
Device Information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages and products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Site.
We collect this using:
- Cookies — data files placed on your device, often including an anonymous unique identifier. Learn more and manage them at allaboutcookies.org.
- Log files — which track actions on the Site and record your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and timestamps.
- Web beacons, tags and pixels — electronic files that record how you browse the Site, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
Order Information. When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us), email address and phone number.
Marketing Information. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and your engagement with our emails.
Together we refer to Device Information, Order Information and Marketing Information as “Personal Information”.
How we use your information
We use Order Information to fulfil your orders — processing payment, arranging shipping, and sending you confirmations and invoices. We also use it to communicate with you, screen orders for fraud or risk, and, where you have consented, send you marketing about our products.
We use Device Information to screen for fraud (in particular your IP address) and to improve and optimise the Site — generating analytics about how customers browse and assessing the effectiveness of our marketing.
Legal bases for processing (EU/UK visitors)
- Contract — to fulfil an order you have placed.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, site security, and improving our products and service.
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and consumer-law record keeping.
Sharing your information
We share Personal Information with third parties who help us operate our business:
- Shopify powers our online store — Shopify privacy policy.
- Production and fulfilment partners, who manufacture and ship your order and receive your name and delivery address.
- Payment providers including Shop Pay and PayPal, who process your payment directly.
- Meta (Facebook), for advertising and measurement — opt out here.
We may also disclose Personal Information to comply with applicable law, to respond to a lawful request for information, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Behavioural advertising
We use your Personal Information to show you advertisements we believe may interest you. You can learn how targeted advertising works at the Network Advertising Initiative, and opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Data retention
We retain your Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements — generally seven years. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
International transfers
We operate from Israel and work with partners in other countries, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are made using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If you are a resident of the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, updated, ported or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter the Site's data collection practices in response to a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
